ICBM is a filmic bricolage, with an approach to editing that mirrors the DIY nature of the preppermentality. Part standard documentary, part video diary, part playful exploration of how media hasevolved in its depiction of, and relationship to, the existence of nuclear weaponry, the film is reliant on its editing to create the inter-media interactions and stitch together the film’s enthusiastic and inquisitive panoramic approach.
